Cry Me A River Hillary Clinton

There's no crying in baseball!

Okay so she wasn't exactly crying but she did get obviously emotional and teary eyed. For like a nanosecond. I read about it before I saw the footage. My first thoughts were something along the lines of:

I'm not saying you need to be a man to be PotUS but you need to man up bitch. Are you stupid? Crying for the world to see will only send the message that you are emotional and can't handle the pressure. What's worse is that you are a cunt! Ahem, I mean have a cunt! You, a woman (read old hag), are trying to become the first US President. A question that is asked throughout this country of 'Are we ready?' People will doubly criticize and scrutinize you for this just like they do to Obama for not being white (and having a name a little to close to Osama). Women are stereotyped as being too emotional and you go crying in front of the cameras. Nice. Dumbass. You just confirmed to all the good 'ole boys that, indeed, a woman can't keep her emotions controlled enough to be in a position on top unless she's assuming the cowgirl position (nsfw ™ Fark.com)

Then I saw the video clip and my thoughts went a little like this:

Oh crap. That wasn't a bad speech. In fact it made her look human, and caring, and passionate for this country and not just about the win. I bet she'll actually win a lot of votes for that. Geesh. She played that well.

And now on to my conclusion thoughts:

Okay technically she only teared up there for a minute. Yeah the speech was good and seemed heartfelt and maybe even it was. This still brings us back to the point though that There Is No Crying In Baseball! The fact is she's stressed, tired, and losing. Let me repeat: LOSING. Her team is strategizing and then re-strategizing and then re-strategizing some more as poll after poll shows Obama pulling out ahead and Edwards kicking her while she's down just for good measure. If she was a clear favorite in the lead she would be all smiles and Rawr I'm a woman with balls! speech. Sure she may be passionate but she broke. On tv. This is bad. I don't care that she's showing a more humane side of her personality. This was not the time nor the place in my humble opinion of course. It was a nice touch throwing in the line "...some people think elections are a game they think it's like who's up or who's down, it's about our country..." Only a person down would say that. She might have been teary eyed, her words might have been right, but those tears were not for the country but for the impending loss of being able to control this country.

Oh well. We now know at least one of her body parts is capable of getting wet.
